The Long Beach Promenade

The new Long Beach Promenade is a pedestrian only thoroughfare that will contain entertainment, restaurant and retail shopping venues. Similar to the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, the Long Beach Promenade is sure to become a destination for daytime workers, local residents as well as tourists that are visiting Long Beach.

After over a decade of planning and building, the new Promenade is scheduled to be complete within the next 12 months. As a result, leasing is ramping up for the area and now is the time for retailers and operators to get in on the ground floor of this exciting new destination.
